Please note the following:
These are specifications we have received from our designers for our two new hotel projects, Bay and Waterfront, concerning two room types (Bay pool Villa & Bay View Suite) for the first case, and one room type for the second.
All 3 types are to be constructed as mock-up rooms. The total quantities of these room types are as follows:
· Bay Hotel- Bay Pool Villa --#42 rooms
· Bay Hotel- Bay View Suite --#51 rooms
· Waterfront Hotel – standard room (MUR) --#138 rooms
There are many cases in the Bay Hotel specs where we have tables with marble tops, usually of Greek origin. We understand that you may have to substitute the Greek marbles with similar ones from your area. In any such cases, we would like to kindly ask you to quote for the marble tops separately.
For your complete quotation please multiply the quantities shown on the items’ list sent to you by the number of rooms in each case.
Specifications are still pending for the remaining room types and common/ public spaces for both hotels.
